Alexandra Agrotis possesses a diverse background in sports and occupational therapy, currently serving as the AFL Player Development Manager at Collingwood Football Club since January 2022, alongside roles as VFL Operations Manager and AFL Player Engagement Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at the AFL as Allies Operations and Logistics Coordinator and Football Operations Coordinator for the Western Jets, as well as serving as AFL Sports Trainer and AFLW Head Trainer for the Geelong Cats. Alexandra has extensive experience in healthcare, having worked as an Occupational Therapist in various settings, including St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne and Monash Health, focusing on rehabilitation and geriatric care. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Occupational Therapy Practice from La Trobe University, along with additional certifications in player development and football administration.
