Kathryn Naylor is an experienced professional with a diverse background in accounting, education, and strategic development. Currently serving as a Mathematics Teacher at Collingwood College since February 2022, Kathryn is about to begin the first year as an Early Career Teacher following the completion of a PGCE at St Mary’s University. Prior to this, extensive experience was gained as Managing Director of 1FD Consulting Ltd and owner of KLN-Consulting, alongside significant roles at Complan Foods Ltd, HJ Heinz, and Safeway Stores Plc, where leadership and strategic initiatives were key. Kathryn possesses over 20 years of experience across various industries and holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Liverpool.
