Brian Prestidge is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in cost accounting and plant financial management. Currently serving as the Cost Accounting Manager at Collin Street Bakery since April 2023, Brian has previously held significant roles such as Plant Controller at Central Garden & Pet and SAF-HOLLAND, where responsibilities included financial reporting, variance analysis, and inventory management. Brian's career spans various organizations, including positions as Assistant Controller at Bilco Brick and Accounting Manager at GAF. Brian holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.B.A. in Accounting, both from Dallas Baptist University, alongside an Associate's degree from Navarro College.
