Sven Lemmes is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets at Colliers since July 2024 and has been the Managing Director at Weatherlight Real Estate Services since January 2004. With extensive experience across multiple roles, Sven has driven successful corporate property projects in over 10 European countries and managed international real estate development portfolios for Atenor SA. As an Executive Officer and Country Director for Weatherlight SRL at Atenor, responsibilities included oversight of project companies in Romania, while also providing expert counsel on financing and asset management. Prior to that, leadership roles at AIG/Lincoln International, LLC, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Jones Lang Wootton contributed to a robust foundation in capital markets and client relationship management. Sven holds an MBA in Business Engineering and an Ingenieur Commercial in Economics and Finance from Ichec Brussels Management School.
