Michael Brewster serves as Vice President at Colliers, responsible for single tenant and multi-tenant retail investment sales transactions across the southeast and nationwide since November 2022. With 8 years of capital markets experience, Michael has played a significant role in the sale of over 100 properties valued at $1 billion. Prior experience includes positions at JLL and HFF, focusing on net lease investment advisory transactions and financial analysis. Michael's career began at NAI TALCOR as a Research Associate, followed by various roles in financial services, including a Summer Associate position at Capital One and an internship at Siemens Energy. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University.
