Justin Lattierre, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Justin currently works at Colliers Engineering & Design as a Principal Associate and Geographic Discipline Leader. In this role, they oversee and manages the work of the Civil Site Group in Rochester, NY. Previously, they held various positions at Bergmann, including Civil Engineering Design Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Design Engineer II, and Design Engineer I. During their time at Bergmann, they were responsible for program management, client coordination, proposal writing, contract review, budget tracking, and review of design and construction documents. Justin also worked as an Engineering Intern at APD Engineering & Architecture and as an Assistant Project Administrator at DiFiore Construction. Justin Lattierre, P.E. has a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.

Justin Lattierre, P.E., attended Eastridge High School from 1998 to 2002. Justin then went on to Monroe Community College from 2002 to 2004, where they obtained an Associates degree in Construction Technology. Later, Justin attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2007, graduating with a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. In terms of certifications, they became a SITEOPS Certified Professional in 2011. Additionally, Justin obtained their Professional Engineer (P.E.) license from The University of the State of New York, The State Education Department in November 2015 and from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in September 2015.
