Maria Heiser is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in shaping organizational strategies and enhancing employee experiences. Currently serving as Vice President, People at Collibra since June 2021, Maria leads the People Team for Go-To-Market and G&A Teams, providing strategic advisory support to senior executives. Previously, as Sr. Director at Cornerstone OnDemand, Maria developed and managed North America HR Business Partner teams and global connections to HR Centers of Excellence. Maria's background also includes pivotal roles at FX Studios and Under Armour, where key contributions involved business development and international HR management. Maria holds an Executive MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a B.B.A. in Management and Human Resources from James Madison University.
