Charles Youn, Jr. currently serves as the College Access Program Director at College Visions since June 2024. With extensive experience in educational programming, Charles has been involved with the Upward Bound Program since September 2011, holding roles as both Program Coordinator and Academic Advisor. Previous positions include Resident Advisor/Substitute Teacher at SEED Public Charter School of Washington DC from May 2010 to September 2011 and Resident Manager for Upward Bound in the summer of 2008. Charles holds a Master of Education in Urban Education, Leadership, and Practice from Rhode Island College (2015-2018) and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Temple University (2004-2009).
