Steven Shan Marzan is an experienced program administrator currently working at College Success Foundation since October 2022, under the supervision of the Director of Program Engagement Initiatives. Prior to this role, Steven held a position as a student assistant at the University of Washington Medical Center, where responsibilities included retail operations in the gift shop. Steven also served as Social Media Director and Club Coordinator for THE KOMPANY UW, successfully managing social media strategies, organizing dance team activities, and facilitating events. Previous experience includes working as a cashier and courtesy clerk at Safeway. Steven earned a Bachelor’s degree in Food Systems, Nutrition, and Health from the University of Washington and holds an International Baccalaureate diploma from Renton Senior High School.
