Shailaja Guduri is an experienced SQL BI Developer and Data Analyst with a strong background in data management and analysis across multiple sectors, including nonprofit and healthcare. Currently serving as a SQL BI Developer/Data Analyst at College Success Foundation since February 2022, Shailaja supports underserved students in achieving higher education through data-driven strategies. Previous roles include Data Specialist at Health Care Service Corporation, where responsibilities included maintaining the Premier Provider database, and various SQL BI Developer positions at companies such as Anthem, Inc. and Technumen, where Shailaja leveraged BI tools and participated in Agile environments.
