Tony Valle is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in franchising and business leadership. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Clear Summit Group since January 2020, Tony also holds the position of CEO at Qualicare and College Pro, both under the CSG portfolio. As the Founder and CEO of ELM Performance Group, Tony specializes in executive coaching and management consulting. Tony has contributed to the franchising community as Chairman of the Board for the IFA Foundation and has mentored entrepreneurs as an Entrepreneur in Residence at NEXT Canada. A graduate of Ivey Business School with an MBA in Organizational Behavior, Tony also holds the ICD.D designation and is a Certified Franchise Executive.
