Rebecca D. has extensive experience in the legal and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Consulting Attorney and Chief Legal Officer at Western Health Advantage since July 2005. Prior to this, Rebecca D. held the position of General Counsel at Landmark Healthcare, Inc. from 2002 to 2004 and served as Executive Director of the California Chiropractic Association from 1995 to 2002. Additionally, Rebecca D. was a Public Member and Enforcement Committee Chair for the Dental Board of California from 2009 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from USC Gould School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from California State University-Sacramento.
