Audrey Cooper currently serves as the Associate Director of Employer Relations and Liaison to the School of Business at The College of New Jersey, where responsibilities include expanding employer outreach, maintaining industry partnerships, and enhancing programs for students and alumni. Previous roles at The College of New Jersey included Assistant Director of Career and Leadership Development and Interim Associate Director of the Career Center, focusing on collaborative career development initiatives and managing recruitment programming. Prior to TCNJ, Audrey held various positions at Burlington County College and Peirce College, where expertise was developed in corporate relations, career advising, and institutional partnerships. Audrey holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Edison State University and Rider University, respectively.
