Nicole Kim is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director of the College of Adaptive Arts, leading efforts to provide innovative education for adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) through strategic planning and community outreach. Nicole also holds a position as a Communications Professor, teaching public speaking skills to empower students in a supportive environment. Prior experience includes roles in digital operations and design management with companies such as Evernorth, Instagram, Carta, Indeed.com, eBay, and PayPal, focusing on building efficient design operations and enhancing brand systems. Nicole holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a BA in African American Studies from San Jose State University.
