Cameron DeMorse has a diverse work experience in operational management and customer service. Starting in 2016, Cameron worked as a Team Lead at Academy Sports + Outdoors, where they managed a department, addressed customer conflicts, and assisted in training new staff. In 2018, Cameron transitioned to College H.U.N.K.S. Hauling Junk and Moving, initially serving as a Manager on Duty, overseeing a fleet of vehicles, managing dispatch and inspections, and creating customized plans for job completion. They then took on the role of Operations Manager, responsible for recruiting, training, and daily operations. Finally, Cameron became the Director of Operations and Business Development, implementing processes to increase team accountability and manage sales follow-up.

Cameron DeMorse completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a concentration in Integrated Business from the University of Central Florida. In addition, they obtained certifications in Firearm Sales from Academy Sports + Outdoors in March 2017 and a Yale Walkie Stacker Forklift Certification from the same institution in 2016.
