Arnaldo Posadas is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in various leadership positions within the food industry. Currently serving as Area Supervisor and National Trainer at College Chefs, LLC since August 2014, Arnaldo also holds the title of Unit Chef Manager at Collegechefs. As the Owner Operator of Arnaldo's Catering Services since January 2008, Arnaldo has developed expertise in menu development, food production, budgeting, and training. Previous roles include Head Chef at Camps Kenwood & Evergreen and several positions at Campus Cooks, Eurest Dining Services, and Patout's of New Orleans, focusing on operational management, recipe development, and staff training. Arnaldo is a Culinary Arts graduate from the Cooking Academy of Chicago and the Culinary Institute of America, active in fostering a leadership style that emphasizes collaboration and development within teams.
