Joe Messinger, CFP®, ChFC®, CLU®, CCFC, serves as a Partner and Director of College Planning at Capstone Wealth Partners, Ltd. since December 2009, focusing on comprehensive college funding strategies for families. As a Co-Founder of College Aid Pro™ since August 2017, Joe aims to transform college shopping and alleviate the student loan crisis through innovative software solutions. Joe also established Capstone College Partners in January 2017, where the emphasis is on educating financial advisors in effective college planning methods. Earlier career experience includes significant leadership roles at New York Life Insurance Company and AXA Advisors, where Joe was responsible for recruiting and managing financial advisors. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University and has completed advanced financial planning education at The American College.
