Katy Kondo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Katy started their career in 2008 as a Sales Associate at Anthropologie and worked there for four years. In 2010, they joined the Center for Academic Excellence as a Writing Tutor and Peer Tutor, where they remained until 2013.
In 2011, Katy joined the Mills College Art Museum as an Assistant Registrar, holding the position for three years. Katy then transitioned to Reading Partners in 2014, initially serving as a Program Operations Coordinator*VISTA for a year before becoming a Research Coordinator from 2015 to 2017.
Katy joined College Track in 2017 as a Data Analyst and later became a Performance Manager until 2019. Following this, they joined Collectively Inc in 2019 as a Data Analyst, before being promoted to the role of Senior Analyst in 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director, Analytics at Collectively Inc since September 2021.
Throughout their career, Katy has gained extensive experience in data analysis, program coordination, and academic support.
Katy Kondo earned a Bachelor's Degree in Public Policy with an emphasis on Economic and Social Equity, as well as a degree in Studio Art from Mills College. In 2012, they were awarded a Public Policy and International Affairs Fellowship (PPIA) at Princeton University, where they focused on Domestic Policy.
