Vince Walker is the VP of Talent at Collective. Vince was previously the Global Head of Recruiting at Thumbtack, where they successfully adapted the company's candidate identification, interview, and selection processes across each of their locations to accommodate remote hiring during the pandemic. Vince also oversaw the acquisition of Setter, a Toronto-based home management company. Prior to Thumbtack, Vince was with Medallion.

Vince Walker has a background in business management from San Jose State University and also studied psychology and economics at the University of California, Los Angeles.
