Hooman Radfar is the CEO at Collective. Hooman has also previously served as the Chairman of the Board at AddThis. Hooman co-founded AddThis and served as its CEO, Executive Chairman, and later Chairman of the Board. Under their leadership, Addthis scaled into the largest personalization platform on the web and was acquired by Oracle for nine figures.

Some of the milestones Radfar is proud of that were achieved during their time at AddThis include growing the team from 0 to 100+ employees, increasing twitter followers from 0 to 2.4M, growing monthly website customers from 0 to 15M, and increasing yearly revenue from 0 to 8 figures. The company also grew its publisher network to 2B monthly unique viewers and 1 trillion page views yearly. Lastly, Radfar helped increase AddThis' Google Pagerank from 0 to 10.

Hooman Radfar has a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University in Electrical & Computer Engineering - Information Networking, a Bachelor of Science & Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania in Computer Science & Engineering, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics. Hooman also has a master's degree from Upper Saint Clair High School.
