Francez Lizette Añonuevo, CSSGB, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Collective Solution since October 2022, providing leadership and coaching in various HR processes. With extensive experience in human resources and administration, Añonuevo previously held the position of Head of HR and Admin at Collection House Group from February 2014 to October 2022, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring quality service delivery. Prior roles include Training and Quality Manager at Omniglobe International, responsible for performance reporting and training enhancement, and Quality Assurance Supervisor and Analyst at Teleperformance, focusing on quality evaluations and process improvements.
