Rachael Marret thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology, and her ability to successfully bridge the gap between the two has allowed her to drive success for many organizations. As a member of Collective Measures’ Board of Directors and interim CEO, Rachael provides overarching strategic leadership, helping to establish the agency’s long-range goals, strategies, and plans for the future. Before Collective Measures, Rachael held leadership roles at McCann Worldgroup agencies, including Managing Director of their digital agency, MRM, and serving as Campbell Mithun’s only female President. Rachael’s most recent client-side experience was with Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group as SVP of Consumer Engagement, where her responsibilities included overseeing digital channels across seven global hotel brands.
