Alicia Pratt is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training, project management, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as the Training/Product Support Manager at Collective Intelligence Group since June 2022, Alicia leads a team focused on developing new customers into skilled system administrators. Previously, Alicia held multiple roles at AMECO from June 2012 to November 2021, including Project Estimator/Manager and STAR Estimating System Manager, where Alicia contributed to key decision-making for multi-million dollar proposals, and as an APAC Sales Coordinator/Marketing Specialist, facilitating services in challenging environments.
