Leo C. has extensive experience in various roles and industries. Leo began their career at The Boston Consulting Group, where they provided strategic advice and implementation support to Fortune 500 executives in various sectors. Leo then moved on to Audax Group, where they worked as an Associate in middle market private equity buyout and growth investments. Leo then joined Baring Private Equity Asia as a Summer Associate before moving to the Clayton Christensen Institute as a Visiting Research Fellow, focusing on healthcare delivery models.
Leo's next role was at Vector Capital, where they served as a Senior Associate in Technology Private Equity. Leo worked closely with board and C-level executives to identify and manage significant investment opportunities. Leo then transitioned to a Product Manager role at Rev.com, where they led the Marketplace and Customer Experience teams. Leo also managed customer support operations at the company.
After Rev.com, Leo joined Keck Medicine of USC as a caregiver, care navigator, and patient advocate. In this role, they supported a family member with cancer by arranging appointments, evaluating treatment options, and providing emotional support. Leo also managed health insurance and payments and researched clinical trials.
Leo later became an Advisor for Product & Strategy at LingoHealth. Currently, they are working as the Director of Product and Co-Head of Product at Collective Health. Their responsibilities include leading a team of product managers to deliver an exceptional member experience and lower employer costs at scale. Leo is also a co-lead of the overall product management team and a member of the CTO Leadership Staff.
Additionally, Leo is an Executive Fellow at On Deck, focusing on their professional growth and development. Throughout their career, Leo has demonstrated a diverse skill set and a commitment to making a positive impact in the healthcare and technology sectors.
Leo C. has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Harvard Business School. Leo also holds a Bachelor of Science - BS with a triple concentration in Finance, Management, and Business Economics & Public Policy from The Wharton School. In addition, Leo has a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Bioengineering/Biomedical Science, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of Pennsylvania. Leo was also part of the Jerome Fisher M&T Program at UPenn. Leo began pursuing a Master's degree in Biotechnology at the University of Pennsylvania but did not complete it.
