John Halvorson's work experience begins in 2008 when they joined Regence, Cambia Health Solutions as an Operations Supervisor. John served in this role until 2010 when they transitioned to becoming a Quality Improvement Manager within the same company. John held this position for ten years until 2020. In 2020, John joined Collective Health, where they initially worked as a Senior Manager in Health Plan Operations. In July 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Claim Operations at Collective Health, where they currently work.
John Halvorson obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Utah, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ in December 2016, Certified Quality Technician from ASQ in October 2014, and Certified Quality Process Analyst from ASQ in June 2013.
