Eligibility Operations Specialist at Collective Health

Diana D. has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Diana started their career as a student extern at MD Anderson Cancer Center, where they conducted research interviews and gained valuable exposure to the field. Diana then joined Texas Children's Hospital as an administrative fellow and later as a project analyst. In these roles, Diana worked on various projects and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. Diana also developed strategic presentations and managed project timelines. Diana then moved on to become a project manager at the same hospital, where they successfully delivered large projects on tight deadlines and within budget. After that, they joined TMC Accelerator as a healthcare innovation associate, where they worked closely with digital health companies in their accelerator program. Diana conducted analytical investigations, organized outreach efforts, and facilitated external partnerships for these companies. Diana also had a consulting role as an independent consultant before joining their current company, Collective Health, as an eligibility operations specialist.

Diana D. pursued their higher education by enrolling at The University of Texas at Austin from 2006 to 2010. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Government. Following their undergraduate studies, Diana continued their educational journey at the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2010 to 2012, where they pursued a Masters degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.
