Stephanie Lee is a seasoned professional in people experience and organizational development, currently serving as the Director of People Experience at Nansen since June 2022 and also as the Cofounder and Principal Coach at Lumiere Ventures. With a focus on creating people-centric and efficient workplaces, Stephanie has expertise in change management, people analytics, and organizational culture. Previous roles include leading remote strategies at cargo.one and enhancing team experiences at Buffer. Additionally, Stephanie has experience in education as a Project Work Teacher-Mentor and Philosophy Teacher at Raffles Institution, and has held various roles in branding and copywriting early in their career. Stephanie holds a Master of Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the National University of Singapore and a Diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
