Andy Lin is an experienced team leader with a strong background in customer service and team management. Currently serving as Team Leader at Collection House Group since September 2019, Andy previously held similar leadership roles at Vodafone from May 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included managing teams focused on customer service across mobile and fixed-line solutions. Prior to that, Andy worked at Warehouse Stationery Ltd as a Sales Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager, and at Wendy's Old Fashion Hamburgers as Store Manager. Educational credentials include a Certificate in Information Technology from Auckland University of Technology.
