Alisia Kachmar is a Senior Project Manager at Colleague Consulting, LLC since February 2022, specializing in project design and execution for federal government agencies with a focus on compliance and quality assurance. With extensive experience at RTI International from January 2017 to January 2022, Alisia held roles as Deputy Chief of Party and Senior Project Manager, optimizing project operations and organizational learning interventions for USAID. Prior to that, Alisia managed USAID technical assistance projects at Engility Corporation and International Resources Group, contributing to training development and financial management. An early career included roles at SIETAR-DC, Peace Corps HQ, and the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program, complemented by an educational background featuring a Master’s in International Training and Education from American University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from Lock Haven University.
