Cheryl Pearson is an experienced professional in market leadership and program management, currently serving as the Market Leader for Building Technologies at Collar Talent since September 2018. This role encompasses responsibilities in engineering services, construction, and building technologies across 52 markets in the United States and Canada, focusing on a variety of functional areas including operations and project management. Previously, Cheryl acted as Program Director for the National Winter Sports Education Foundation, where achievements included significant growth in social media presence and curriculum development. Notable contract work with NBC Sports involved liaising between athletes and broadcasting teams during events. Additional roles at Stewart Capital Management and the United States Ski and Snowboard Association provided expertise in financial management, event coordination, and logistics for national teams, including efforts leading up to the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics. Cheryl is currently pursuing an Associate of Arts degree while working on completing general education requirements for a Bachelor's Degree in Business.
