Yuan Tay Neves is an experienced geologist with a robust background in mining and geological resource estimation, currently serving as Geólogo Senior in both Production and Resources at Collahuasi since January 2017. Previous roles include Geólogo Senior for the Rajo Inca project and various leadership positions at Exploraciones Mineras - Codelco, as well as experience at Haldeman Mining Company and CODELCO. Yuan’s expertise encompasses 3D geological modeling, GIS applications, quality control in resource estimation, and geometallurgical assessments. Educational qualifications include an ongoing Master's in Mining and Mineral Engineering from Universidad de Chile, an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and several diplomas focusing on geostatistics and managerial skills for the mining industry.
