Paula Ubilla Jerez is an experienced technology executive currently serving as the CIO at Collahuasi since August 2023. Previously, Paula held the position of Corporate Technology Manager and CIO at Sigdo Koppers ICSK from June 2021 to July 2023. Paula's extensive career at ENAP spanned from 2003 to 2021, where roles included IT Manager, Director of Corporate Projects in Innovation and Technological Development, and Director of Systems Integrity, focusing on project management and information security. Earlier in their career, Paula worked at BNP Paribas Cardif as IT Project Manager and at QAD as an ERP Consultant. Paula holds a degree in Civil Computer Engineering from Universidad del Bío Bío and has completed several specialized diplomas in business intelligence, energy management, and digital transformation from prominent Chilean universities.
