Matthew Heinz is an experienced professional with a strong background in research and management. Currently serving as Research Manager at Collage Group since June 2018, Matthew has previously held positions as Senior Analyst and Analyst within the same organization. Prior experience includes a notable role at the University of Virginia from April 2013 to May 2017, where Matthew acted as Vice Chair of Professional Expectations and Promotions, redesigning processes for a 254-employee program and implementing a new hiring process for student leaders. Additional roles at the University included Resident Advisor, fostering community among first-year students, and Bus Driver, demonstrating swift decision-making capabilities and commitment to safety. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Marketing and Management from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
