Michael Grove is an accomplished entrepreneur and technology leader with a robust background in management and innovation. As the Founder and CEO of CollabWorks® since July 2009, Michael has spearheaded the development of a SaaS digital management system, FrameWork™, which prioritizes the individual within organizational structures. Michael also founded HumanCentric Labs in October 2019 to transform management practices. Prior experience includes founding and leading several technology ventures such as Open IT Works, Open Country, Introplus, Cepio, Inc., and Micromodule Systems. Michael's academic credentials include a Master of Science in Systems Management from UCLA, an Executive MBA from the University of Southern California, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and Mathematics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
