Jon Battles has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon is currently serving as the VP of Technology Strategy at Collaborative Robotics since March 2023. Prior to this, they were a Board Member at A3 AI Strategic Advisory Board starting from January 2019. From February 2019 to March 2023, Jon served as the Secretary Board of Directors at RIA Robotics Industry Association.

Jon has also worked at Amazon.com for a significant part of their career. Jon held several roles including Director of Robotic Architect - Robotic Strategy & AI from January 2019 to March 2023, Director of WW Engineering Advanced Technologies from 2014 to January 2019, Director of Worldwide FC Engineering and Design from February 2013 to September 2015, and Director of NA Operations Engineering from May 2008 to February 2013.

Furthermore, Jon was a Member of the Board of Directors at the University of Washington from May 2018 to March 2023. Jon also briefly served as the Director of Robotic Architect at amazon.com from January 2019 to February 2019.

Prior to their time at Amazon.com, Jon had an extended tenure at Hallmark Cards, Inc. as a Senior Supply Chain Consultant from February 1980 to September 2005.

Jon Battles attended Columbia College from 1990 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Business Management.
