Kent Kelley has extensive experience in executive financial leadership, serving as Chief Financial Officer at Juvare from July 2023 to April 2024, Unanet from February 2021 to December 2022, and Acoustic from December 2019 to November 2020. Prior to these roles, Kelley worked as an Operating Advisor at Thoma Bravo between January 2019 and June 2019, and held multiple positions at PowerPlan, Inc. from January 2011 to October 2018, including CFO and Interim CEO. Kelley's extensive background also includes significant tenure at Oracle from 1995 to December 2009, where responsibilities ranged from leading Sales and Services for the Tax Global Business Unit in North America to serving as Vice President of Finance for various business units. Earlier in career, Kelley was a Supervising Senior at KPMG from February 1990 to February 1995. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and a BS in Accounting from California State University - East Bay.
