Molly Longbella is an experienced design professional currently serving as the Director of Experience Design at Collaboration.Ai since September 2023. Prior to this role, Longbella held the same title at Persuade from December 2019 to September 2023. Longbella's career includes significant positions at The Nerdery, where tenure spanned from February 2012 to December 2019, encompassing roles of Principal Experience Designer, Senior UX Designer, and UX Designer.
