Prajna Mohanty is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing people and talent strategies across various organizations. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Collabera Inc. and Ascendion, Prajna is dedicated to advancing progressive people strategies and overseeing HR functions to foster high-performance cultures. Previous roles include Senior Manager HR at SS&C Technologies and Deputy General Manager-HR at NSEIT LIMITED, among others. Prajna holds a PGHRM in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BSc in Zoology, Chemistry, and Botany from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Data Science from the International Institute of Information Technology Bangalore.
