Mary Hayes is an experienced professional in employee experience and transformation project management, currently serving as the Manager of Employee Experience and Program Manager for Transformation at Coliban Water since June 2022. Prior to this, Mary held roles as People and Capabilities Coordinator at Latrobe Health Services and Strategic Program Manager at Fiduciary Advice. With a strong background in operational leadership, Mary was the Chief Operating Officer at Barristers' Chambers Limited, also managing various roles including General Manager of Property and General Manager of Marketing & People and Culture. Mary began a career in project management at Perpetual Limited and PwC, and earlier worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at Ansett Australia Pty Ltd during a critical period post-collapse.
