Mark Gibbins is a Senior Project Manager at Coliban Water. Prior to this, Mark worked as a Sewer Maintenance Engineer at South East Water and a Sewer Network Engineer at Coliban Water. With experience in managing sewer maintenance programs and operations and maintenance of water infrastructure, Mark also has a background in planning and design engineering. Mark has been involved in various external secondments with strategic partners and has expertise in concept development for sewer and water flow monitoring programs. Mark's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from La Trobe University.
