Julian Bull is currently the General Manager of Operations at Coliban Water, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this role, Julian worked at the Environment Protection Authority Victoria (EPA) from January 2020 to September 2023, where responsibilities included managing projects such as the Stawell Acetylene Cylinder Recycling Facility, the Lemon Springs Clean Up Project, and the DBL Clean Up Project. From 2016 to 2019, Julian served as Team Leader for Field Operations at the EPA and previously worked as a Water Quality Officer at Goulburn-Murray Water from 2012 to 2014. Julian holds a Bachelor of Natural Resources Management from La Trobe University.
