Dagmara Duda has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Dyrektor Personalny at Colian since April 2012, after previous roles including Z-ca Dyrektora Personalnego, Kierownik Działu Personalnego, and a series of positions focused on personnel management. Prior to Colian, Dagmara worked at Pratt & Whitney Kalisz from April 2008 to February 2012, where the role of Human Resources Development Senior Assistant involved managing a corporate talent development program and coordinating various HR processes. Dagmara holds a Master’s degree in Sociology of Entrepreneurship and Work, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, along with postgraduate studies in HR Management from Collegium Da Vinci.
