Karen Schultze has extensive experience in marketing, currently serving as Director of Marketing for Personal Care and Home Care at Colgate-Palmolive since July 2001. Schultze has a proven track record of driving growth and profitability across multiple categories, particularly in East and West Africa, where notable achievements include developing an award-winning Oral Care strategy and leading the Personal Care category to become the largest in the business. Previous roles include Group Brand Manager positions at National Brands Ltd and Barloworld Plascon, as well as Senior Brand Manager at Royal Beech-Nut/Nabisco/Kraft, where Schultze received multiple awards for outstanding achievements. Educational credentials include a BCom Honours in Business Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
