Gina Grant became Vice President and Treasurer in 2023, responsible for optimizing the company's capital structure, managing capital market activity, financial risk, corporate liquidity and investments as well as Enterprise Risk Management. Previously, Gina was Assistant Treasurer where she managed all capital markets activity and ensured efficient management of the company’s capital structure including issuance of the company’s inaugural Sustainability Bond and realization of significant interest expense savings through execution of liability management and interest rate derivative strategies. Additionally, she oversaw the Pension and Investments function, the Regional Treasury center in Europe and Enterprise Risk Management. Prior to joining Colgate in 2019, Gina spent 20 years with Avon Products where she held roles throughout Treasury as well as in Financial Shared Services, Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations. Gina holds a master’s degree from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Marist College.
