Dr. Lia Arvanitidou serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Technology & Design for Personal Care, Skin Health, and Home Care at Colgate-Palmolive, where previous roles also included Senior Vice President and Vice President of Global R&D in relevant sectors. Prior experience includes positions such as Senior Director, Director, and Product Development Manager at Procter & Gamble. Dr. Arvanitidou holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed the Executive Leadership Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
