Siddhant Jhawar is a Research Fellow at Colgate University, collaborating with Prof. Takao Kato to study the relationship between efficiency wage pay schemes and labor productivity. As a Research Assistant, Siddhant supports Prof. Daniel Kebede in investigating cross-country real wage differentials. In addition, Siddhant serves as a Tutor and Teaching Assistant, enhancing interpersonal communication skills while conducting problem set workshops for over 177 students. As a Sustainability Representative Intern, Siddhant engages with stakeholders to advance campus sustainability initiatives. Participation as a Panel Member of the Academic Advising Board involves contributions to long-range academic planning and curriculum amendments. Siddhant also works as an Investment Analyst with the Colgate Investment Group, performing financial evaluations, and is a College Senator in the Colgate University Student Government Association, overseeing expenditures and championing student legislative rights. Siddhant is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Applied Mathematics, and Philosophy at Colgate University after completing a High School Diploma at The Daly College.
