Diana Silva is currently a Customer Service Specialist at Colep Packaging, a role held since May 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance from October 2021 to May 2022, and as an Operadora at Auchan Retail Portugal from September 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, Diana gained valuable research experience as a Student Researcher at Universidade de Aveiro from September 2017 to March 2022, and contributed as a Volunteer Student at the Departamento de Biologia da Universidade de Aveiro from February 2017 to June 2017. Diana holds a Bachelor's degree in General Biology from Universidade de Aveiro, earned between 2015 and 2018, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Biology at the same institution.
