Tomás Llorente is a highly experienced architect with a focus on smart cities and new technologies. Currently serving as an architect and advisor for the Local Public Administration since 2005, Tomás has also founded Pulsecurity, a comprehensive teleassistance service for seniors. As the leader of "New Frontier Technologies' Impact in Cities" at United for Smart Cities and Communities, Tomás develops initiatives related to urban planning and policies for smart cities. Additionally, mentoring Executive MBA projects at Escuela de Organización Industrial and coordinating the Smart Cities Working Group at the Official College of Architects of Madrid showcase Tomás's commitment to advancing urbanism and technology.
