Juan Carlos Fernández is an accomplished architect with significant experience in retail project management and architectural design. Currently serving as Principal Architect at raíces estudio and Retail Project & Construction Manager at Garrigues Retail since September 2020, Juan Carlos specializes in the comprehensive development and management of retail projects for national and international brands. Previously, Juan Carlos held positions such as International Retail Project Manager at Grupo Restalia, where over 50 projects were successfully completed, and various roles in architectural practices where collaboration and project planning were key. Additionally, Juan Carlos represents the Junta de Gobierno at the Colegio Oficial de Arquitectos de Madrid and has educational credentials from Politecnico di Milano and Universidad de Alcalá.
