Lisa Bordoff Procopio serves as Special Counsel at Cole Schotz P.C. since June 2023, previously holding the position of Counsel at Rivkin Radler LLP from September 2019 to June 2023. Procopio’s legal practice emphasizes estate and tax planning, estate and trust administration, and corporate taxation, with a focus on creating tailored multi-generational family estate plans. Earlier experience includes roles as Associate at Schwartz & Salomon, P.C. and an extensive tenure at Deloitte as a Tax Senior Manager. Procopio has also served in various associate positions at prominent firms including Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP, and Dewey Ballantine LLP. Early career highlights include assisting at The Metropolitan Museum of Art and Christie's. Procopio earned an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD with Honors from Emory University School of Law, and a BA with Honors in Economics and Old World Archaeology and Art from Brown University.
